Tour Booking Policy

By booking a place on one of our motorcycle tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your Motorcycle and License:
You confirm you have the appropriate and valid driving license for the motorcycle you will be riding.
Because we ride on public roads and byways, you confirm your motorcycle is fully insured, has current road tax, and a valid MOT (if legally required).

2. Safety and Physical Fitness:
You agree to follow all specific safety instructions provided by us before the tour begins.
You understand that this activity requires a moderate level of fitness and can be physically challenging.
You accept the risk of injury to yourself and damage to your motorcycle that is inherent in this type of activity.
You confirm that you have no known medical conditions that would make you more likely to cause an incident or suffer an injury.

3. Your Responsibility on the Tour:
Your own safety.
The safety and condition of your motorcycle and equipment.
The security of your personal belongings.
You understand that after the initial safety briefing, the tour is not directly supervised by the Company.
You agree to always wear the necessary protective equipment and follow all safety instructions.

4. Liability and Accidents:
You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to your motorcycle or personal effects that may occur during the tour.
In the event of an accident, damage, or loss, you waive all claims against the Company for any direct or indirect loss or injury.
Your booking confirms that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions outlined above.

Tour Cancellation Policy


All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking. Our cancellation and rescheduling procedures are outlined below:

1. If the company Cancels Your Tour:
In the rare event we need to cancel a tour (e.g., due to extreme weather, route closure, or guide illness), we will notify you immediately.
We will propose an alternative tour date.
If the alternative date doesn't work for you, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule Your Tour:
If you need to change your booking, you have two options: Cancel or Reschedule.

A. Cancellation (Refunds)
Your refund amount depends on how much notice you give us: 
1 week or more: 50%
Less than a week: No refund

B. Rescheduling (Changing Date)
You may reschedule your tour or contact us to find the best suitable date for both parties.
